Eating is sometimes hard.

Hi everyone, just wanting to tell everyone have u ever realized how hard some days it is to eat 3 meals with 3 carb choices and 3 snacks in-between them with 0-1 carb choices? Somedays it's hard I'm not used to eating this often. But everyday is a challenge right and I will try harder tomorrow. Take care. Lisa

  1. But I have realized in order to lose weight you do need to eat that often - sounds weird but it is true. I think it also helps if you eat that much that you won't take as much of the "wrong" foods. You are at least aware and will get better at all of this - just takes time. It will be a life time of learning.
